  • Six Sigma Start-Up is an introductory course on the principles and practices of Six Sigma. (1 Unit; 1 Assessment; Approximately 3 hours of training.)

  • DMAIC teaches learners the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) problem-solving process as well as tutorials on over 50 data collection and analysis tools such as Pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and flowcharts to name just a few. (2 Units; 2 Assessments; Approximately 7 hours of training.)

  • SPC Workout is a basic yet comprehensive course that makes understanding and applying statistical process control concepts easy. Basic statistics used to analyze patterns of variations, the use of control charts, and measures of measures of process capability are covered in the course. (3 Units; 3 Assessments; Approximately 6 hours of training.)

  • Mistake-Proof It! training includes a comprehensive background on techniques as well as the steps required to implement those techniques. Over 150 examples of mistake-proofing are included. (4 Units; 3 Assessments; Approximately 8 hours of training.)
